日常生活類新聞單幅獲獎?wù)掌?優(yōu)秀獎 宜賓老酒坊  ? 四川自古多佳釀，釀酒的歷史可以上溯到3000多年前的商周時期。李莊鎮(zhèn)的老酒坊的歷史也有120多年了，經(jīng)驗豐富的釀酒師傅靠肩挑、眼看、口嘗的純手工方式釀酒。李莊的老酒坊最初是私人作坊，幾經(jīng)變遷，現(xiàn)在的主人姓周，有工人8人，每年生產(chǎn)50多噸酒，主要供給周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的鄉(xiāng)親，被譽(yù)為當(dāng)?shù)氐奶禺a(chǎn)之首。由于面臨大酒廠工業(yè)化釀酒的沖擊，李莊老酒坊的經(jīng)營始終不如人意。酒坊的主人也想改弦易轍。到是酒坊的釀酒老師傅舍不得丟下祖?zhèn)鞯募妓?，仍在辛苦的堅持釀酒。這是2009年5月7日，一名釀酒師把蒸好的料從甑子中取出來。 The history of distilling in southwest China's Sichuan Province can be traced back to more than thousands of years ago, which is in Shang and Zhou Dynasties.
